Moving meditations utilizing mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle movements. The emphasis is on connecting to our internal experience, regulating our nervous system, clearing emotional and mental blockages, releasing energy, and creating openness and space in the body and beyond.

 

Embodied Yoga

Group and Individual classes combine the physical practices of yoga, pilates & dance with somatic body work. Classes target the physical body, develop emotional awareness, strengthen your mind through mindfulness practices.

Deep rest practices designed to support you in a state of yogic sleep - or deep restful awareness. These sleep meditations support you living a rested life; helping manage burnout, stress, overwhelm and shift to peace, relaxation, and a deep connection within.
