Vinyasa Yoga

Drawing upon her love of movement and creativity, Erika weaves together a class that incorporates strength, balance, flow and harmony.  Working to make the strong supple and the supple strong, her aim is create openness and freedom in both the body and mind.


Erika is currently teaching a Yoga for Athletes class at Crossfit Vic City on Sunday mornings (8:45-9:45am). She also offers a class for UBC’s Island Medical Program students every Monday.


Contemporary Dance

Erika offers a contemporary class that serves to explore technical elements combined with a passion for moving through space in an open and fun environment. The class includes a warm-up and stretching, exercises in the centre, and dynamic sequences traveling across the floor. Erika is currently subbing at local dance studios in Victoria, BC.; and is available for workshops/camps upon request.
